- Hiring the most talented hotel sales and marketing people available and provide them with top industry training and Westin brand and franchise support.
- Utilize industry leading revenue/yield management practices in pricing room rates.
- The sales team at the Westin Verasa Napa will be supported on the corporate level at IHM that include full-time sales people in conferences/meetings, international and national destination sales, groups, transient lodging sales and on-line distribution.
- Leverage all key industry distribution channels such as the Starwood/Westin network, the internet, the travel agent Global Distribution Systems, meeting & convention planners, incentive travel companies and key corporate accounts to name a few.
- Providing a AAA "4-diamond" level of housekeeping that meets all of Westin's highest brand standards to Rental Guests on a daily basis, this includes fresh towels and linens. Owners do not pay for this.
- A hotel front desk staffed 24-hours a day.
- Business services available with fax, photocopier and computer services for all guests.
- Peak hour valet parking, concierge and bell services.
- Packaging of the suites with a variety of activities (golf, bike rentals, etc) to help drive occupancy.
- In-room telephones have data ports for use in high-speed connection to the Internet. Each room also has high speed wireless access. No charge to owners for local and 800 number calls.
